NEWS: McDonald’s Gourmet Brekkie Rolls (Smokey BBQ & Tomato Relish)

New to Macca’s breakfast menu are two gourmet cafe-style rolls – the Smokey BBQ Roll and the Tomato Relish Roll.

The Smokey BBQ Roll contains two rashers of bacon, a freshly cracked fried egg, BBQ sauce, coon cheese, tomato and grilled onions on a soft brioche-style bun. It contains 2,000 kilojoules, 21.1 grams of fat and 14.1 grams of sugar per roll.

The Tomato Relish Roll contains a fried egg, two rashers of bacon, baby spinach, tomato and tomato onion relish on the same brioche-style roll. It contains 1,670 kilojoules, 12.9 grams of fat and 16.9 grams of sugar per roll.

The new brekkie rolls are available by itself, or in a value meal with a hash brown and a McCafe coffee. If you’ve tried the new rolls out, let us know what you think in the comments!
