ECOVACS Australia Discount Codes: Tested & Working | 5% off | October 2026

Save 5% on a sitewide order or on accessories, with free shipping listed for orders over $49. Frugal Feeds checks the listed ECOVACS codes, while ECOVACS Rewards can add a separate points discount for members.

Choose the 5% code that fits your basket

Use ECO99 for a sitewide 5% discount. For an accessories-only purchase, ACSY5 gives the same 5% saving, so it does not provide a larger discount than the sitewide code. The accessories code is the focused option for replacement parts and add-ons, while ECO99 is the broader choice for other ECOVACS purchases.

Free shipping is listed for orders over $49, giving smaller accessory orders a useful delivery incentive once the basket passes that threshold.

Use Rewards points after your coupon

ECOVACS Rewards members receive $1 off for every 100 points, and can redeem points for up to 30% of the purchase price on each purchase. ECOVACS says the points discount can be combined with coupons and is calculated after the coupon discount, making points particularly useful when you have enough balance for a meaningful post-coupon reduction.

You need to log in to your official online-store account to redeem points. Members can also receive 500 points when connecting a robot to the ECOVACS HOME App for the first time, with up to five eligible connections per account. Points from a purchase remain pending for 20 days, and are cancelled if that product is returned within that period.

Free-gift vouchers cannot be combined with free-gift vouchers of the same type. ECOVACS states that vouchers are stackable with other promotion types, but treat a physical gift voucher as a separate benefit rather than part of the 5% code saving.

Factor in the after-purchase benefits

ECOVACS lists a free 30-day return policy. Its limited warranty also covers defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year, in addition to rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Several specified DEEBOT families receive longer coverage: the T50, T30 and selected models have two years, while the X11, X8 PRO OMNI, X5, X2 and X1 OMNI families listed by ECOVACS have 2.5 years.

If the price drops after you buy, ECOVACS’ price-match guarantee is valid for 30 days after purchase. ECOVACS accepts credit cards and PayPal for payment.
