How to Use a Hey You Promo Code

Hey You allows eligible voucher and promotional codes to be redeemed from your account. To try a Hey You promo code:

1. Open the Hey You app.
2. Sign in to your Hey You account.
3. Open your Profile.
4. Select Redeem Code.

What Is the Hey You App?

Hey You is an Australian food and drink ordering app that lets customers order ahead from participating cafes and restaurants.

Instead of joining the queue when you arrive, you can browse participating venues, view available menus, place your order and pay through the app before collection.

Participating venues can also offer digital loyalty rewards through Hey You, making the app particularly popular for repeat purchases such as takeaway coffee, breakfast and lunch.

Hey You Coffee Deals

Coffee has traditionally been one of the main categories for Hey You deals and promo codes. Previous offers have included free coffees, account credit and discounts designed to encourage customers to try Hey You at participating cafes.

Individual cafes may also have their own pricing, loyalty programs or special offers through the app. Because deals can vary by venue, check the listing for the cafe you intend to order from before paying.

Hey You New User Offers

Hey You has previously offered first-order promo codes and introductory account credit for new customers.

New-user promotions can have conditions such as a minimum order, eligible account requirements, participating venues or a promotional expiry date. They may also be limited to customers who have never previously ordered through Hey You.

If a current Hey You first-order discount becomes available, Frugal Feeds will list the offer on this page.

Hey You Vouchers & Account Credit

Hey You supports vouchers and account credit that can be added to an eligible account. Promotional credit may differ from purchased gift vouchers, so always check the conditions applying to the particular offer.

If you have received a Hey You voucher code, enter it through the app’s Redeem Code section and check your available balance after redemption.

Hey You Loyalty Rewards

Some participating cafes and restaurants offer digital loyalty rewards through Hey You. This can allow regular customers to collect loyalty benefits without needing a separate physical loyalty card.

The exact reward program is determined by the participating venue, so earning requirements and rewards can differ between cafes and restaurants.

Where Can You Use Hey You?

Hey You is available at participating cafes, restaurants and food venues around Australia. Venue availability varies by location, so the easiest way to find nearby options is to search your suburb or area in the Hey You app.

The number of participating venues and available offers can differ between cities, suburbs and individual locations.
