Plan delivery around stock location

LeCavist advertises free delivery, expert installation and removal of your old appliance across most of Australia. Where stock is available, delivery to NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA and WA is advertised in less than five days.

For NSW, VIC, QLD and SA orders where stock is not held in your state, the expected delivery window is 10 to 15 business days, while WA can take up to 30 business days. If you are ordering ahead of a renovation, delivery can be held for up to 12 months when the request is made in the order notes before checkout or immediately after ordering.

Keep the appliance unopened if you may return it

LeCavist allows seven days after receiving an item to request a return. For a full refund, notify LeCavist within seven days of delivery while the item remains unboxed with intact packaging. Used or installed items are not eligible for a refund or store credit, so confirm the model, dimensions and installation plan before opening it.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. For customer-error returns, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

Register promptly for the extra warranty year

LeCavist offers a free 12-month warranty extension when you leave an online review or register the product within 90 days of purchase. Complete one of those steps soon after delivery rather than leaving the registration until later.
