Returns for online, sale and collected orders

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for both in-store and online purchases. In-store returns and exchanges at Seed Heritage concept stores are free of charge.

Sale items can be returned by post for a full refund. For online orders returned by post, the service is available for refunds rather than exchanges, and return postage costs are non-refundable. Click & Collect orders can be returned in store or online.

For international purchases, customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
