Treat these as separate ways to shop rather than competing discounts: the higher clearance headline applies to clearance styles, and an “up to” saving will vary by item.

Clearance is the higher-risk choice if you may need to send something back. Taking Shape allows returns for online purchases within 30 days of dispatch, but items from the Online Clearance Outlet cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Clearance store and factory outlet purchases can be exchanged at the original store with a receipt, but are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.

For non-clearance online purchases, returns can also be made at Taking Shape boutiques, including its counters inside Myer stores. Briefs, earrings, face masks and hosiery are ineligible for return due to hygiene restrictions.

Free delivery and Click & Collect options

Free standard delivery applies to Australian orders over $100. If your order is below that amount or you prefer collection, Click & Collect is a free option at Australian Taking Shape boutiques and clearance stores, although it is not available at Myer stores.

Click & Collect orders are ready for pickup within 5 to 11 business days. Choosing this delivery method also earns a $15 in-store voucher to use when collecting the parcel; it applies to full-price, already reduced sale and clearance styles. Returns for purchases made with that voucher are issued as a credit note.

Rewards can suit a first order and future full-price purchases

Taking Shape Rewards membership is free and advertises a 25% off welcome offer for a first order. Rewards Vouchers are more useful for eligible full-price styles than sale shopping: they cannot be used on clearance, reduced or sale items, or on full-priced styles already on temporary promotion.
