NEWS: Menulog Introduces Service Fee 1Menulog have recently introduced a service fee to select orders.

The service fee is equal to 10% of the order value before promotions and discounts, with a minimum charge of $1 and a maximum of $4.

This aligns exactly with the service fee that Uber Eats charges for delivery orders – 10% of the order value from $1 to $4.

DoorDash charges a flat 2% while Deliveroo does not charge a service fee as of August 2021.

The service fee does not apply to the delivery fee, nor do discounts or coupon codes apply to the service fee.
