Oporto to Give Away 15,000 Free Quarter Chicken & Chips Meals on 10 June for Dia de Portugal
The promotion takes place on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, and gives Flame Rewards members the chance to score a free lunch, no purchase required.

If you’re lucky enough to get in before stocks run out, you’ll receive a free:
- Portuguese Flame Grilled Quarter Chicken
- Regular Chips
With 15,000 meals being given away nationwide, it’s one of the largest free food promotions Oporto has run in recent years.
How to Claim Your Free Meal
To be eligible, you’ll need to be a registered Flame Rewards member before heading to your local participating Oporto restaurant.
On 10 June 2026, simply:
- Sign in to your Flame Rewards account via the Oporto app.
- Visit a participating Oporto restaurant from 12pm onwards.
- Order at the counter and show your membership.
The giveaway is in-store only and available while stocks last.
Important Conditions
There are a few restrictions to keep in mind:
- Available from 12pm on 10 June 2026
- Limited to participating restaurants
- Available while the allocation of 15,000 meals lasts
- Flame Rewards membership required
- In-store counter orders only
- Not available via drive-thru
- Not available for delivery
- Not available through online ordering or kiosks
Expect Strong Demand
With free food and no purchase required, demand is expected to be high. If you’re planning to take advantage of the offer, arriving close to the 12pm start time may give you the best chance before restaurants run through their allocation.
