Factor delivery into a time-sensitive gift order
Free Premium Gift Delivery applies to purchases over $100. Below that level, Premium Gift Delivery starts at $9.95 in Auckland, with Premium Overnight Gift Delivery priced at $12.95 for North Island addresses and $15.95 for South Island addresses. Rural deliveries can take an extra one to two days.
For Auckland deliveries with a fixed occasion in mind, local delivery offers 1pm to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm windows. Express Delivery is available for Metro and Outer Auckland and is delivered within three hours of ordering. Requested delivery dates are not guaranteed, so allow time around an important celebration.
Pickup is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm and on Sunday from 9am to 1pm.
Cancel early or return an unused gift box
A cancellation notified at least two working days before the scheduled delivery date receives a full refund. If Celebration Box has already prepared the gift box and receives notice less than two working days before delivery, the cancellation refund is 50%.
Unused gift boxes in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
