Choose the code that matches your booking

15OFF2026 gives 15% off, while HAPPYBD10 gives 10% off. For a fixed saving on bookings of $150, try Q1AFFIL25AUD or Q3AFFIL25AUD, each for $25 off $150. These two $25 codes have the same advertised saving and threshold, so either is a useful alternative to the other.

SAVOO15OFF150 is another $150 booking option, giving $15 off. For rentals lasting three days or more, GBPRIVBIRTH2024 offers $30 off. These offers serve different stated booking situations, so choose the one that fits your rental rather than treating them as interchangeable.

Subscription savings and commitments

10OFF2025 is specifically for 10% off a myEuropcar Subscription, rather than a general rental-booking code. myEuropcar subscriptions renew monthly after their minimum term and can continue for up to 24 months. Europcar says longer terms have lower rates, and you can end the subscription after the minimum period.

A myEuropcar subscription includes maintenance, registration, compulsory third party insurance, technical inspection, roadside assistance, Damage Cover, a selected monthly kilometre package and an additional driver. It includes 1,700 km per month; extra kilometres and returning the vehicle without a full tank incur additional charges. Drivers must be at least 21 to subscribe, with an additional monthly fee for drivers under 25.

The subscription deposit is refunded after you terminate the subscription, return the vehicle and pay outstanding amounts. The credit card used at pickup must be the same card used to start the subscription and must be in the subscriber’s name.

Use the app and loyalty benefits for booking flexibility

For direct Europcar bookings, online check-in can be completed up to 15 minutes before scheduled pickup, although Europcar recommends doing it at least 24 hours beforehand for a smoother pickup. Completing online check-in does not prevent you from cancelling the reservation. The app also lets you view, change or cancel bookings.

Europcar’s free Privilege loyalty programme lets members earn points with bookings and includes a 10% member discount on future bookings from enrolment, alongside tier-based benefits such as priority treatment and complimentary category upgrades. This is a separate member benefit to keep in mind when booking regularly.

Factor cancellation fees into flexible travel plans

Europcar states that cancellations up to 48 hours before pickup can incur a fee of up to $55 including GST. After that time, a $99 including GST fee applies, including where the vehicle is not collected and the booking has not been cancelled. If your plans are uncertain, the timing of a cancellation can matter as much as the booking discount.
