Novo Shoes Discount Codes: Tested & Working | 20% off | October 2026

Australian Novo Shoes shoppers can use a listed 10% discount code on their order, while flat-rate delivery and free store pickup provide separate ways to plan the purchase. Frugal Feeds checks listed codes.

Use UMSU10OFF for 10% off

UMSU10OFF is the listed code for 10% off at Novo Shoes. It is the direct choice when you want a percentage reduction on your purchase.

Delivery or Click & Collect

Novo Shoes charges $6.50 standard shipping on Australian orders. Alternatively, free Click & Collect is available nationwide for orders of $39.95 or more. When the item is available in your selected store, pickup can be ready within two hours; bring your order confirmation email and collect within the store's 10-day holding period.

Get more from Novo Rewards

Joining Novo Rewards is free online or in store. Members receive a $10 welcome voucher, earn one point per $1 spent online and in store, and receive a $20 birthday voucher. The welcome reward can be used with another Novo offer, apart from the birthday voucher.

Novo Rewards vouchers can be redeemed online or in store. Online, use the email address connected to your rewards account at checkout or sign in with that email. Vouchers can be used on sale items when the transaction is $80 or more. Members also earn a $10 voucher for every $100 spent, including on sale purchases. Gift card purchases do not earn points, although paying with a gift card does.

Returns and payment choices

Online returns and exchanges for full-priced items are available within 30 days when items are unworn, in original condition and returned with their packaging and shoebox. Final Sale and Outlet items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. For Click & Collect orders, try shoes on when collecting: after collection, the change-of-mind option is an exchange or gift card within 30 days rather than a refund.

Afterpay is available in four instalments over six weeks, with the first 25% paid at purchase and the remaining instalments automatically deducted from the nominated debit or credit card.
