Consider sale styles separately

Wittner is promoting a mid-season sale with up to 50% off and has a $50 off selected flats offer. “Up to” means the 50% reduction applies to selected styles rather than every sale item, so compare the displayed saving on the pair you want before making a purchase decision.

Sale purchases have different return outcomes. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note, but items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for an exchange or refund unless faulty. For multi-item promotions, returning one item means the item kept reverts to full price.

Pickup and returns for Australian orders

Australian shoppers can choose Click & Collect at checkout and nominate a preferred Wittner location. Orders are aimed to be ready within 30 minutes of store confirmation, and collection requires ID. If the chosen store cannot fulfil the order, Wittner will ship it free of charge.

Wittner accepts exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase. Full-price items, including those bought at a promotional discount, are eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange. Online refunds processed through the returns portal carry a $10 postage fee; the first exchange by post is free. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
