XP-PEN Australia Discount Codes: Tested & Working | 5% off | October 2026

XP-PEN Australia shoppers have a 5% code alongside a separate Artist Pro Series promotion worth up to $350 off, plus a free creative software download offer. Frugal Feeds checks listed codes, so start with the saving that matches the product range you plan to buy.

Choose the offer for your XP-PEN purchase

For the listed 5% discount, use xppenanz05. The Artist Pro Series deal is a separate product-specific promotion offering up to $350 off, making it the relevant offer to consider when your purchase is from that series. The amount is advertised as “up to”, so it is not a flat $350 reduction across every Artist Pro model.

The free creative software download is a different kind of benefit from a price reduction. It can be useful if software is part of your setup, while xppenanz05 is the listed choice for a percentage saving.

Free delivery and delivery timing

XP-PEN’s Australian store advertises free delivery. For orders sent with Australia Post, the stated delivery period is typically 2 to 7 days from shipment. Same-day dispatch and guaranteed overnight or second-day delivery are not offered, so allow for the standard delivery window when timing a new tablet, display or accessory purchase.

Returns and warranty details

XP-PEN allows a refund request within 30 calendar days of purchase or within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. Where a return or replacement is requested for the customer’s own reasons, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For a hardware problem, XP-PEN says its technical support must assess the issue first, after which the seller pays the return shipping cost.

The official AU store also advertises an 18-month warranty. An extended warranty is only available with specific products, cannot be bought on its own and cannot be refunded separately. This makes it worth deciding on any eligible extended cover when purchasing the product rather than treating it as something to add later.

Points for signing up and shopping

Creating an account earns 100 X-Coins. XP-PEN also says customers can earn points by signing in, shopping and inviting others, providing an additional rewards route alongside the current product and code offers.
