Ben & Jerry’s Australia has launched a new loyalty program that gives you $5 off your first visit just for downloading and joining the Ben & Jerry’s Loyalty App.
The app also lets you earn “Dough Dollars” on purchases at participating scoop stores, alongside birthday freebies and tier-based rewards throughout the year.

How the Loyalty Program Works
Once you download the app and create an account, you’ll automatically join the rewards program and begin earning Dough Dollars every time you make a purchase and scan your membership card.
The loyalty program is split into three tiers based on your annual spend at participating Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops.
Fan Tier
If you spend up to $150 annually, you’ll receive:
- 10% back in Dough Dollars on purchases
- $5 off your first visit
- A free birthday scoop
Super Fan Tier
If you spend between $150 and $300 over a rolling 12-month period, you’ll unlock additional perks including:
- 15% back in Dough Dollars
- Two exclusive offers each year
- A free merch item
- Free Cone Day VIP access
- Free scoop shop exclusive flavour tastings
- Free birthday scoop
Legen-dairy Fan Tier
Customers spending more than $300 annually receive the highest level of rewards.
Benefits include:
- 20% back in Dough Dollars
- Four exclusive offers each year
- A merch pack valued at $100
- Free birthday scoop
- Free Cone Day VIP access
- Free pint releases of new scoop shop exclusive flavours
How You Can Claim the $5 Voucher
To get the discount, simply download the Ben & Jerry’s Loyalty App and register an account. Your $5 voucher will then be added to your account for use on your first qualifying visit at participating scoop stores.
The promotion is designed to encourage repeat visits, with ongoing Dough Dollar rewards building up every time you purchase ice cream through the app.
Important Conditions
The loyalty rewards program is available at participating Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops in Australia.
Tier status is based on your spending over a rolling 12-month period, and once you reach a new tier, you’ll stay there for at least 12 months.
