Crust Pizza Brings Back Upper Crust Range with Three New Gourmet Pizzas from $29.90

Three rectangular pizzas topped with various meats, vegetables, and sauces arranged on a dark background with lemon wedges and a green sauce dip

Crust Pizza has brought back its Upper Crust range in Australia, introducing three new gourmet pizzas featuring slow-cooked beef brisket, Italian cured meats and garlic-marinated prawns.

The returning range launched on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with Pesto Palermo and Korean BBQ Beef priced from $29.90, while the new Land & Sea pizza starts at $31.90.

Unlike Crust’s traditional round pizzas, the Upper Crust range features a distinctive rectangular shape, with premium toppings and flavour combinations.

The relaunch forms part of a broader menu refresh, bringing back one of Crust’s recognisable pizza formats with three new recipes.

Three New Upper Crust Pizzas to Try

The returning range gives you a choice between Italian-inspired cured meats, Korean barbecue flavours and a combination of beef and seafood.

New Upper Crust Pizza Starting Price
Pesto Palermo $29.90
Korean BBQ Beef $29.90
Land & Sea $31.90

The Pesto Palermo combines sliced mortadella and triple-smoked ham with cherry tomatoes and whipped ricotta on a tomato base.

It’s finished with prosciutto crumble, pesto and a drizzle of honey, bringing together savoury cured meats, creamy cheese and a touch of sweetness.

If you prefer barbecue flavours, the Korean BBQ Beef features slow-cooked beef brisket, roasted red capsicum, fresh green capsicum and toasted sesame seeds on a barbecue base.

The pizza is topped with Korean barbecue sauce, kimchi and shallots, adding a Korean-inspired twist to the traditional beef pizza.

The Land & Sea is the most expensive of the three, combining slow-cooked beef brisket with garlic-marinated prawns.

It also includes roasted red capsicum, shallots, fresh asparagus and béarnaise sauce, served with a lemon wedge.

Crust specifies that the prawns used in the Land & Sea pizza are imported.

Upper Crust Returns with Its Signature Rectangular Shape

Upper Crust isn’t an entirely new concept for the Australian pizza chain.

The range previously appeared on Crust menus, standing apart from regular pizzas through its rectangular presentation and more elaborate toppings.

For 2026, the company has refreshed the collection with three new combinations as part of a wider review of its menu.

Rather than introducing another variation of its standard round pizzas, Crust is bringing back a format that has previously been part of the brand’s identity.

Where to Order Crust’s New Upper Crust Pizzas

The three pizzas are now listed on Crust Pizza Australia’s official ordering menu, with availability at participating restaurants.

You can select your nearest Crust location through the company’s website to check the available range and current pricing.

The advertised prices are starting prices, so the final amount may vary depending on your restaurant and ordering method.

Third-party delivery platforms may also charge more than Crust’s direct menu. For example, selected Sydney delivery listings show the Pesto Palermo and Korean BBQ Beef at $37.90, compared with their $29.90 official menu prices.

The new Upper Crust range is being offered as part of Crust’s regular menu refresh, with no specific promotional end date announced.
