1. Each $1,000 Cash prize comprises of one (1) x AUD$1,000.00 cash that will be paid by the Promotional Partner by electronic funds transfer to the winners nominated Australian bank account.
2. The promotional partner for the $1,000 Cash prize is McDonald’s Australia (‘we/us/our’). In these conditions ‘you’ are the cash winner or user.
3. We are not liable for the goods or services you purchase with the cash. Any purchase made constitutes a transaction between you as the holder of the cash and the relevant retailer. You acknowledge and agree that we are not a party to that transaction, and is not in any way responsible or liable in relation to that transaction.
