The limited-time promotion is available at participating McDonald’s restaurants until Sunday, August 30, 2026.
If you’re already putting together a larger McDelivery order, the deal gives you an easy way to add one of McDonald’s classic burgers at no additional cost.

How to Get a Free Quarter Pounder
You’ll need to claim the promotion through the MyMacca’s App.
Open the app and head to the Rewards & Deals section, where you can find and activate the free Quarter Pounder offer.
You then need to place a McDelivery order containing at least $40 of eligible food and drinks before fees.
Once you’ve met the qualifying spend and applied the deal, you’ll receive the Quarter Pounder for free with your order.
What’s in a Quarter Pounder?
The Quarter Pounder is one of the longstanding burgers on the McDonald’s Australia menu.
It features a quarter-pound beef patty with cheese, onions, pickles, mustard and tomato sauce, served on a sesame seed bun.
Regular pricing varies between McDonald’s restaurants, so the value of the free burger will depend on the location you’re ordering from.
The $40 Spend Is Before McDelivery Fees
You’ll need to reach the $40 minimum spend using eligible food and drinks.
McDelivery’s additional charges don’t count towards the qualifying amount.
The standard 99¢ delivery fee and McDelivery service fee still apply to your order, so you’ll pay those charges even after claiming your free Quarter Pounder.
MyMacca’s App McDelivery Orders Only
The offer is specifically for McDelivery orders placed through the MyMacca’s App.
You won’t be able to use the promotion for dine-in, drive-thru, takeaway or pickup orders.
Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms also aren’t eligible, so make sure you order directly through MyMacca’s if you want the free burger.
One Redemption Per Account
The Quarter Pounder promotion is a single-use offer, meaning you can only claim it once on an eligible account during the promotional period.
It also can’t be combined with other app deals or promotions.
Availability depends on your selected restaurant, and the offer is subject to participating locations and product availability.

You have until Sunday, August 30, 2026 to take advantage of the promotion.
To claim it, simply activate the free Quarter Pounder deal in the MyMacca’s App and spend at least $40 before fees on an eligible McDelivery order.
For family dinners, group orders or any other larger McDelivery feed, the promotion gives you an extra Quarter Pounder for free without adding to your food subtotal
