McDonald’s Australia is offering another MyMacca’s App-exclusive McDelivery deal, giving you a free Sausage & Egg McMuffin when you spend $40 or more on an eligible breakfast delivery order.
The promotion is available at participating McDonald’s restaurants until Sunday, August 30, 2026. As the freebie comes from the breakfast menu, you’ll need to order during your selected restaurant’s breakfast trading hours.

How to Get a Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin
You’ll need to activate the promotion in the MyMacca’s App before placing your order.
Open the app, head to Rewards & Deals and activate the Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin with $40+ McDelivery offer.
You can then place a McDelivery order containing at least $40 of eligible food and drinks before fees. Once you’ve met the minimum spend and applied the offer, the Sausage & Egg McMuffin will be included for free.
You’ll Need to Order During Breakfast Hours
Because the promotion is for a Sausage & Egg McMuffin, you’ll need to place your qualifying McDelivery order while the breakfast menu is available.
Breakfast generally finishes at around 11:30am, although hours and menu availability can vary between McDonald’s restaurants.
What’s in a Sausage & Egg McMuffin?
The Sausage & Egg McMuffin combines a seasoned sausage patty with a freshly cracked egg and cheese inside a toasted English muffin.
It normally costs around $7, although McDonald’s uses restaurant-specific pricing, so the regular price can vary depending on where you’re ordering.
The $40 Minimum Spend Is Before Fees
You’ll need to spend at least $40 on eligible menu items to qualify for the free McMuffin.
McDelivery charges don’t count towards that $40 requirement.
The usual 99¢ delivery fee and 5% McDelivery service fee still apply to the order, so this isn’t a completely fee-free delivery promotion.
MyMacca’s App Only
The promotion is specifically for McDelivery orders placed through the MyMacca’s App.
You can’t use it when ordering for dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru or pickup, and orders placed through third-party delivery platforms aren’t eligible.
