NEWS: Guzman Y Gomez – Pulled Shiitake Mushroom Filling Is Back

Guzman Y Gomez have brought back their Pulled Shiitake Mushroom Filling!

It’s made out of a 100% plant-based protein, and you can get it in all of GYG’s menu items including burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos and nacho fries!

It’s also available on the breakfast menu, including in the Breakfast Bowl and in the Brekkie Burrito.

To celebrate the launch, GYG have also specifically introduced the Pulled Shiitake Mushroom Taco, a competely plant-based item with with Pulled Shiitake Mushroom filling, with iceberg lettuce and Pico de Gallo topped with a vegan Herb Mayo.
