Guzman y Gomez is celebrating National Guacamole Day and Mexican Independence Day with a one-day offer: free guacamole add-on when ordering via the GYG app on Tuesday, 16 September 2025. The deal applies to both pick-up and GYG Delivery app orders, giving avocado fans an easy upgrade on their usual favourites.

The offer covers guac added to main menu items—think burritos, bowls, nachos, enchiladas, and more. GYG’s guacamole is hand-mashed in-restaurant daily for a creamy, zesty finish, which is why it’s consistently one of the most-chosen customisations across the menu.

How to Redeem

Open the GYG app, choose any eligible main menu item, and add guac as a customisation. At checkout, the guac price will automatically show as $0. The promotion runs until 11:59pm AEST on 16/9/25 and is limited to app orders.

For delivery, standard delivery fees apply and GYG Delivery requires a $25 minimum spend. The free guac upgrade excludes sides of guacamole and cannot be combined with other promotions that conflict.

Availability and Limits

The offer is available at participating GYG restaurants nationwide via the official GYG app only (not third-party delivery platforms). Availability may vary by store and is while stocks last. If adding premium extras beyond guac, usual surcharges apply.
