The credit is automatically added to a customer’s Hey You account within 24 hours of purchase and can be redeemed on a future order. Unlike standard instant discounts, this promotion functions as an account credit.
Redemption Details
To be eligible, customers must:
- Pay using Click to Pay with Mastercard
- Place an order via their registered Hey You account (guest checkout is excluded)
The promotion is limited to four redemptions per customer during the campaign period. Each successful transaction that meets the criteria will generate a $2 credit, with the total possible benefit capped at $8 across the four redemptions.
Terms and Conditions
The offer is valid from 29 September to 26 October 2025. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used via the Hey You platform. Each credit will be available for use within 24 hours of the eligible purchase.
Customers should also note that the $2 credit applies only to future purchases and not to the order where the Mastercard Click to Pay transaction is made.
This promotion gives Hey You customers the opportunity to save incrementally over multiple purchases. By paying with Mastercard Click to Pay, users can collect up to $8 in total credit across four orders, providing value for regular app users during the promotional period.
