The offer is available all day in Krispy Kreme shops while stocks last, giving fans a chance to enjoy the brand’s signature melt-in-your-mouth doughnut at no cost.

The giveaway is open to everyone, with no purchase required when visiting a participating Krispy Kreme shop. Customers simply need to request their free doughnut from a team member. The offer excludes airport locations and Krispy Kreme stores in South Australia.

Also available is a $14.95 Original Glazed Dozen, available in-store and online.

How to Claim In-Store

To receive the free Original Glazed doughnut, customers can visit any participating Krispy Kreme store on 13 November and ask for the offer at the counter. Each customer is limited to one free doughnut, and the promotion is valid only while stocks last.

The in-store redemption requires no minimum spend and no additional purchase, making it one of Krispy Kreme’s simplest and most accessible giveaways of the year.

Online Same-Day Delivery and Pick-Up Option

For customers who prefer ordering online, Krispy Kreme is also offering a way to redeem the free doughnut through Same Day Delivery or Same Day Pick Up. To claim the offer online, customers must:

1. Add the specially marked FREE Original Glazed Doughnut to their cart
2. Add any other item from the Same Day menu
3. The doughnut’s price will automatically drop to $0 at checkout

This option requires at least one paid menu item in the order and cannot be redeemed through preferred-date ordering.

Exclusions and Restrictions

The free doughnut offer is not available at:

• Krispy Kreme airport shops (Sydney T2, Sydney T3, Brisbane Jetstar)
• Krispy Kreme South Australia
• Supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths
• 7-Eleven, bp, Ampol, Hungry Jack’s, Costco
• Third-party delivery apps including Uber Eats, DoorDash and Menulog

Only Krispy Kreme shops and same-day Krispy Kreme online orders are eligible. The promotion is limit one per person, strictly while stocks last.
