Oporto Launches Free Family Chips Offer with Every Whole Chicken Order
Oporto has introduced a limited-time deal giving customers a free Family Chips with the purchase of any Whole Chicken, available exclusively through the Oporto app until 2 November 2025.
The offer combines Oporto’s signature flame-grilled Portuguese-style chicken with a generous serving of crispy golden chips, making it an ideal option for sharing.
To redeem the offer, customers must open the Oporto app, tap the Free Family Chips promotion on the homepage, and select Order Now.
When a Whole Chicken is added to the cart, the discount automatically applies at checkout. The offer is valid for both pick-up and delivery orders placed through the Oporto app, with a limit of one redemption per order.
How to Redeem
Redeeming the free chips is quick and easy through the app:
- Open the Oporto app and navigate to the homepage.
- Tap the Free Family Chips banner and select Order Now.
- Choose pick-up or delivery and select a participating store.
- Add a Whole Chicken to your order.
- Proceed to checkout — the Family Chips will automatically be added for free.
This promotion is exclusive to the Oporto app and cannot be redeemed through third-party delivery services.
Terms and Conditions
The offer is valid until 11:59 PM AEST on 2 November 2025, while stocks last, and is available only at participating stores. Customers can receive one free Family Chips per qualifying purchase, and the promotion cannot be used alongside other offers or redeemed using Flame Rewards dollars.
The deal is not available at select locations, including South Australia, Entertainment Quarter, Canberra Centre, Airport, and Football Stadium stores. Availability may vary based on store opening hours and stock levels.
