To mark its 60th birthday, Pancake Parlour is turning back the clock with a one-day-only menu that matches its original 1965 pricing. On Tuesday, 19 August 2025, customers can enjoy some of the most popular classics for incredible prices.

The deal runs from 12pm until midnight across participating Victorian restaurants. Pancake Parlour says this is a way of giving back to loyal diners while celebrating six decades in business.

What’s on the 1965 Menu

The special throwback menu includes a Regular Stack (three pancakes with maple syrup and ice cream) for just $2, pancakes with two slices of bacon and two eggs for $3, and a sweet Russian blintz crepe for $2.20. These items normally sell for much more in 2025, with a regular stack priced at $19.90, making this event a rare bargain.

Customers can dine in and enjoy the retro feel, complete with menus designed in the style of the originals from the 1960s. While toppings and extras will still cost more, the base offers are among the cheapest meals anyone will find in Melbourne that day.
