Zambrero Celebrates 20 Years with 100,000 Free Burritos on 17 December 2025
The giveaway runs from store opening until close, but quantities are capped at each location, so you’ll need to get in early. The offer is in-restaurant only with no app redemption, delivery or carry-over to another date.
What You Get Free
You can claim one free regular Classic burrito or bowl, including your choice of protein with no surcharge. Add-ons such as guacamole, extra fillings or gluten-free tortillas are available, though you will need to pay for them separately.
Once a restaurant reaches its allocation, the offer ends at that location. Depending on the store, allocations range from 300 to 400 free burritos or bowls per venue.
Where It’s Happening
The promotion is valid at participating Zambrero stores nationwide, with different stores assigned different allocation tiers. Zambrero also notes that its international locations — including Ireland, the UK, New Zealand and the USA — will be celebrating, though details may vary overseas.
Why Zambrero Is Doing It
This event ties directly into Zambrero’s Plate 4 Plate initiative, which donates a meal to someone in need for every burrito, bowl, Kids Zam Box, blondie or brownie you buy. Since the brand launched in 2005 under founder Dr. Sam Prince, it has contributed more than 100 million donated meals through partnership organisations like Rise Against Hunger, Love Mercy and Foodbank.
The free burrito day is Zambrero’s way of thanking you for helping reach this milestone.
Terms to Keep in Mind
The giveaway is first come, first served, limited to one per customer, and available only on 17 December 2025 during normal operating hours. It cannot be exchanged for cash, used later, or redeemed through third-party apps or delivery services. Restaurant managers also reserve the right to suspend or modify availability if necessary.
