The dessert is based around cheesecake gelato layered with Biscoff spread and Biscoff crumb, then finished with Biscoff topping. Current Westfield listings also describe the serving as including whipped cream and a Gelatissimo wafer.

Gelatissimo’s launch material describes the cheesecake gelato itself as containing crushed Biscoff biscuits, with additional Biscoff spread and drizzle used throughout the dessert.
