Krispy Kreme Australia is giving customers a free Original Glazed Dozen when they purchase any full-priced dozen online, as part of a three-day Halloween promotion.
The offer runs from Wednesday, October 28, to Friday, October 30, 2026, allowing customers to receive 24 doughnuts for the price of 12.
The promotion is available through Krispy Kreme’s Australian website for eligible pickup and delivery orders, with the complimentary dozen included automatically. No promotional code is required.

How to Get a Free Krispy Kreme Dozen
Customers who purchase an eligible full-priced dozen will receive an additional box of 12 Original Glazed doughnuts at no extra product cost.
The promotion covers qualifying full-priced dozens, giving customers the option of choosing an assorted box or another eligible variety alongside the free Original Glazed Dozen.
How the offer is applied depends on the ordering method.
For same-day pickup or delivery, customers can select specially marked promotional bundles containing both dozens.
For preferred-date pickup or delivery, simply add a qualifying full-priced dozen to your cart. The complimentary Original Glazed Dozen will be added automatically at checkout.
Customers can receive one free dozen per qualifying purchase, with a maximum of eight complimentary dozens per order.
Halloween Doughnuts Available in Themed Dozen
The promotion coincides with Krispy Kreme’s Halloween collection, which includes specially decorated doughnuts inspired by the occasion.
The Haunted Halloween Dozen features themed varieties including Spiderweb, Jack O Lantern Ghost and Frankie Doughnuts.
These Halloween designs are exclusive to the themed assortment and cannot be selected individually through Krispy Kreme’s Pick Your Own Dozen option.
Customers wanting the decorated Halloween doughnuts can choose the Haunted Halloween Dozen, while the complimentary box contains the chain’s classic Original Glazed doughnuts.
Online Only, with South Australia Excluded
The deal must be claimed through Krispy Kreme Australia’s own online ordering platform.
It is not available for purchases made directly at Krispy Kreme shops, through fundraising orders or via third-party delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Krispy Kreme South Australia is also excluded, along with retail stockists including Coles, Woolworths, 7-Eleven, Hungry Jack’s, bp, Ampol and Costco.
The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and is subject to stock and fulfilment availability.
Customers selecting a preferred pickup date must collect their order as scheduled, as uncollected orders are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling under the promotional conditions.
