Guzman y Gomez Australia is offering 10 bonus GOMEX loyalty points on selected BBQ Beef Rib meals, with three consecutive promotions running until Monday, November 16, 2026.
The offer celebrates the arrival of BBQ Beef Rib, GYG’s first permanent new filling in five years, which launched across Australia earlier in October.
Customers can earn bonus points on BBQ Beef Rib Bowls, Cali Burritos and Nacho Fries, with a different product eligible during each promotional period.
The first promotion, featuring BBQ Beef Rib Bowls, finishes on Tuesday, October 27, before the bonus moves to Cali Burritos on October 28.

GYG Offers 10 Bonus Points Across Three BBQ Beef Rib Promotions
The loyalty promotion runs in three stages, giving GOMEX Rewards members opportunities to earn additional points when trying the new filling.
The eligible products and promotional dates are:

Each qualifying product earns 10 bonus GOMEX points, in addition to the standard points awarded for eligible spending.
The bonus applies to each eligible item purchased during its promotional period, meaning customers ordering multiple qualifying products can receive additional points.
The offer is restricted to the specified product during each stage, rather than applying to every BBQ Beef Rib menu item throughout the campaign.
BBQ Beef Rib Is GYG’s First New Permanent Filling in Five Years
GYG introduced its BBQ Beef Rib filling on October 14, expanding its regular filling selection for the first time in five years.
The new filling uses 100% Australian beef, which is slow-cooked for five hours before being finished in a hot pan to develop a lightly charred exterior.
Customers can pair the beef with GYG’s Chipotle BBQ Sauce, which adds a smoky, slightly sweet flavour.
Unlike a limited-time product, BBQ Beef Rib has joined GYG’s permanent menu and can be selected across eligible burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and other dishes.
GYG is highlighting three combinations through the loyalty promotion.
The BBQ Beef Rib Bowl features the new filling in the chain’s familiar bowl format, while the Cali Burrito combines the beef with chipotle-seasoned fries and guacamole.
The BBQ Beef Rib Nacho Fries serve the slow-cooked beef over seasoned fries with toppings including guacamole and sour cream.
Choosing BBQ Beef Rib also attracts a surcharge compared with standard fillings, including $2.50 for regular Burritos and Bowls, with smaller surcharges applying to eligible mini products and tacos.
How to Claim 10 Bonus GOMEX Points
Customers must be registered GOMEX Rewards members and order through the GYG App or official website while signed in to their loyalty account.
To qualify, select the eligible regular-sized product for the current promotional period and choose BBQ Beef Rib as the primary filling.
Mini-sized products are excluded, and adding BBQ Beef Rib as an extra to a meal with another primary filling does not qualify.
The promotion is available through GYG’s own digital ordering channels, including eligible direct delivery orders.
In-store counter orders, kiosk purchases and third-party delivery services such as Uber Eats are excluded from the bonus points offer.
Standard product customisations are permitted, provided the qualifying product and primary filling remain unchanged.
What Are 10 Bonus GOMEX Points Worth?
GYG’s loyalty program awards one standard GOMEX point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Once customers collect 150 GOMEX points, they receive $10 in GYG Dollars towards future eligible orders.
Based on that conversion, the promotional 10 bonus points are worth approximately 67 cents in eventual GYG credit.
The reward is added to the customer’s points balance rather than being provided as an immediate discount.
GYG also runs double GOMEX points on Mondays, allowing eligible members to earn two standard points per dollar spent.
The BBQ Beef Rib bonus points are separate from that promotion and are not doubled.
For example, an eligible $20 BBQ Beef Rib Bowl purchase on Monday, October 26 could earn 40 standard points under the Monday double-points promotion, plus 10 promotional bonus points, bringing the total to 50 GOMEX points, assuming the full purchase qualifies.
GYG BBQ Beef Rib Bonus Points End November 16
The current BBQ Beef Rib Bowl promotion ends Tuesday, October 27, with the next stage beginning on Wednesday, October 28.
From October 28 to November 4, customers can earn 10 bonus points on eligible BBQ Beef Rib Cali Burritos.
The final stage runs from November 5 to November 16, covering BBQ Beef Rib Nacho Fries.
The promotion gives existing GOMEX members additional rewards when ordering selected dishes featuring GYG’s newest filling.
BBQ Beef Rib remains a permanent menu addition, with the loyalty promotion concluding on Monday, November 16, 2026.
