How to Get the Free Cookies
To claim the promotion, you’ll need to place a Click & Collect order using the Subway app or Subway website.
The freebie includes:
- 2 free Subway cookies
- Valid with Click & Collect orders only
- Available through the Subway app or web ordering
- Excludes delivery orders
You’ll need to add the voucher to your Subway account before checking out. The deal is limited to one use per customer per transaction.
Offer Expiry and Conditions
The free cookie promotion expires at 11:59pm AEST on May 21, 2026, and is available at participating Subway restaurants only.
Subway says the deal cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or special promotions. Delivery orders are excluded, meaning pickup is required to redeem the offer.
The cookies available may vary by location, though Subway notes that White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies contain tree nuts, and all baked products may contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
Subcard Loyalty Program Still Closing in August
The promotion arrives shortly after Subway confirmed the Subcard® Loyalty and Gift program will permanently close on August 31, 2026.
You can still:
- Earn Reward Dollars until June 30, 2026
- Redeem Reward Dollars until August 31, 2026
- Redeem any balance amount with no $3 minimum spend requirement
Subway says the Subway app itself will continue operating after the Subcard closure, with more app-exclusive promotions planned in the future.
If Reward Dollars are still sitting in a Subcard account, using them before the August deadline will be important, as any unused balance remaining after closure will expire.
