Subway customers can score two free cookies with a purchase simply by consenting to transfer their Subcard account information to Subway before the upcoming loyalty program transition.
The offer comes as Subcard’s Loyalty and Gift program closes on 31 August 2026, with Subway taking over the app and online ordering platform. Customers who provide their consent by 2 August 2026 will receive a voucher for two free cookies with purchase in their account on Monday, 3 August 2026.

Why Is Subway Asking for Consent?
When you next open the Subway app or log into your account online, you’ll see a pop-up asking whether you agree to have your account information transferred from Subcard to Subway.
The transfer allows you to continue using your existing Subway account after the Subcard program ends. If you don’t provide consent before 31 August 2026, your current account will no longer be usable after that date, although you’ll still be able to create a new Subway account if you wish.
How to Get the Free Cookies
To qualify for the voucher:
- Open the Subway app or log in online.
- Look for the account transfer consent prompt.
- Select “Yes” to allow your account information to be transferred to Subway.
- Complete your consent by 2 August 2026.
- A two free cookies with purchase voucher is expected to appear in your account on Monday, 3 August 2026.
