Subway Celebrates World Burger Day with a Free Side for Footlong Orders
Subway is joining the World Burger Day promotions with a new limited-time offer that gives you a free side when you buy any Subway Footlong® sub.
The deal is available through the Subway app and in participating restaurants until 11:59pm AEST on May 30, 2026, giving you a couple of days to grab the bonus extra alongside your Footlong order.
What Free Sides Can You Choose?
When you purchase any Subway Footlong®, you can choose one eligible side for free from the promotional range.
Eligible sides include:
- Smashed Avo on Toast
- Creamy Garlic Herb Bread
- Creamy Garlic Cheese Bread
- Ham, Cheese and Tomato Toastie
- Meatball Mozza Pot
- Southern Style Chicken Bites
- 45g packet of chips
- Chipotle Quesadilla
Additional charges may apply for extras or customisations.
Available via the Subway App and In-Store
You can redeem the promotion:
- Through the Subway app
- In participating Subway restaurants
The offer excludes delivery orders and cannot be used alongside other discounts, deals, or promotions.
Subway has also confirmed the deal is limited to one coupon per guest per transaction, with participating products varying depending on location.
Offer Ends May 30
The free side promotion runs until May 30, 2026 at 11:59pm AEST, while participating restaurants continue to offer the deal.
If you are already planning a Footlong order this week, the free side offer adds a little extra value without needing a separate code or minimum spend beyond the qualifying sub purchase.
