The bite-sized dessert combines chocolate cake with a crunchy pistachio kataifi coating, and is being promoted as The Cheesecake Shop’s latest “Monthly Must Have”.

The New Cake Bites Combine Chocolate Cake, Pistachio and Kataifi

The new Dubai Chocolate Cake Bites take the flavours and textures associated with The Cheesecake Shop’s existing Dubai Chocolate products and turn them into a smaller snack-sized dessert.

Current menu listings describe them as chocolate cake bites coated in crunchy pistachio kataifi. They are sold as a three-piece pack, rather than as individual bites.

Kataifi is the thin shredded pastry that has become a prominent component of Dubai-style chocolate desserts, usually paired with pistachio. In this case, The Cheesecake Shop is using the pistachio kataifi mixture as the coating around its chocolate cake bites.

The Cheesecake Shop says the new bites are available in store, through its online ordering channels and via its delivery partners during September.
