Guzman y Gomez (GYG) is gearing up to open a brand-new restaurant in Caboolture, Queensland, bringing its signature Mexican flavour north of Brisbane. The grand opening will take place on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, at 22 Beerburrum Road, Caboolture, with doors opening bright and early at 7:00 AM.

To celebrate, GYG will be offering $5 Burritos and Bowls throughout the day — an opening-day special that’s available in-restaurant only. The celebration will kick off with Brekkie Burritos and Bowls served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by the full Burrito and Bowl menu running until 10:00 PM.

What to Expect

The new Caboolture restaurant is set to be a major addition to the local dining scene, offering the fast, fresh, and flavour-packed Mexican fare GYG is known for.

The venue will serve the brand’s full menu, including burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and brekkie options, all made with high-quality ingredients and cooked fresh to order.
