Grill’d Launches New Summer Menu Featuring Healthy Fried Chicken and Premium Burgers
Grill’d is turning up the heat this summer with the launch of its new Healthy Fried Chicken range, introducing a revamped chicken patty that’s crunchier, juicier, and cooked in extra virgin olive oil. The patty is made with 100% RSPCA Approved chicken, reinforcing Grill’d’s commitment to both flavour and sustainability.
The new line-up includes two standout burgers — the Hula Hen and the Pow Pow.
The Hula Hen ($17.50) combines crispy bacon, charred pineapple, cos lettuce, tomato, Spanish onion, native Davidson plum barbeque sauce, and egg mayo on a soft bun. It delivers a balance of smoky, sweet, and savoury notes inspired by tropical flavours.
The Pow Pow ($17.50) brings a bold kick with dill pickles, cos lettuce, creamy egg mayo, and a fiery Szechuan sauce, creating a spicy and flavour-packed experience for fans of heat. Both burgers can also be ordered in burger or wrap form, providing a lighter or more traditional option depending on preference.
New Premium Summer Additions
The summer menu doesn’t stop there. Grill’d has also unveiled several new additions to cater to a wider range of tastes — from premium beef to plant-based and fresh salad options.
The Red Dragon ($18.90) features a premium Wagyu beef patty, vintage aged cheddar, dill pickles, cos lettuce, Spanish onion, Szechuan sauce, and egg mayo, creating a rich and indulgent burger with a spicy twist.
For vegetarians, the IPL (Indian Pea & Lentil) burger ($15.90) introduces a curried pea and lentil patty, topped with dill pickles, tomato, Spanish onion, ginger & chilli sauce, egg mayo, and a crunchy seed mix for added texture.
The new Honey’d Hen Salad ($17.90) provides a lighter option with grilled RSPCA Approved chicken breast, beetroot, Meredith Dairy goat cheese, cos lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette, Spanish onion, dried cranberries, fresh mint, and a drizzle of honey.
Refreshing Summer Drink
To complement the new menu, Grill’d has introduced the Electric Dreams drink ($9.00), a bright and energising summer beverage. It combines Red Bull Sugarfree with sweet mango and strawberry purée, served over ice with orange slices and fresh mint.
