GYG Mermaid Waters Grand Opening with $5 Burritos & Bowls on 2 October 2025

Guzman y Gomez is bringing the fiesta to Mermaid Waters with the grand opening of its brand-new restaurant.

You can now enjoy the signature GYG experience, with burritos, bowls, tacos, and more on the menu. The location at Shop A1, 14 Allandale Entrance, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218, is set to become the new go-to spot for Mexican cravings.

The opening promises more than just fresh food – it’s an event designed to welcome the community, with a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere to mark the arrival of GYG in Mermaid Waters.

Opening Day Special

To celebrate the launch, GYG is offering a limited-time $5 opening special on Burritos and Bowls. This includes:

Brekkie Burritos & Bowls from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Burritos & Bowls (all day menu) until 10:00 PM

This deal is only available in-restaurant and cannot be redeemed via the GYG App.
