Subway Brings Back SubDogs With Three Loaded Flavours
The limited-time menu brings back the popular hotdog format but with bold new flavours designed for Aussie tastes. Each SubDog is built on a soft bun and packed with toppings that make them more than just a hotdog.
The BBQ Bacon SubDog
The BBQ Bacon SubDog is designed for flavour lovers. It’s filled with melted cheese, smoky bacon, sweet pineapple, and finished with a drizzle of smoky BBQ sauce. The combination of sweet and savoury ingredients makes this option one of the more indulgent choices in the lineup.
This option is likely to appeal to those who enjoy the classic bacon-and-cheese pairing but want it turned up with bold toppings. The pineapple adds a sweet edge that balances the richness of the cheese and bacon.
The Mexican SubDog
The Mexican SubDog introduces a spicy twist. It’s layered with crunchy cheese Doritos, hot jalapeños, creamy avocado, melted cheese, and Mexican salsa. Together, these toppings create a flavour that balances crunch, heat, and creaminess in every bite.

Availability and Access
The SubDog range launches nationwide in Australia on 1 September 2025. Subcard members, however, will be able to try them first from 29 August 2025 through exclusive early access on the Subway app.
All three options will be available for a limited time only, and pricing will vary by location. Dine-in, takeaway, and app orders are included, though availability may differ by restaurant.
