Pappa Flock Rolls Out Free Honey, Hot Sauce and Pickle Toppings Across All 12 Stores

Pappa Flock is rolling out its Flavour Up topping stations across its entire Australian restaurant network, giving customers free honey, hot sauce and pickle toppings to customise their chicken tenders.

The concept was first tested at Pappa Flock’s original Parramatta restaurant after its refurbishment in April 2026. Following what the chain says was a strong customer response, the toppings are now being expanded across all 12 Pappa Flock locations in New South Wales and Queensland.

The toppings are available at no additional charge, although how you get them depends on whether your local restaurant is a full-format store or a food court location.

Honey, Hot Sauce and Pickles Are Free

Pappa Flock’s new Flavour Up setup gives you several ways to change the flavour of the chain’s chicken tenders after ordering.

The confirmed nationwide selection includes honey, hot sauce, classic pickles and spicy pickles, covering sweet, spicy and acidic flavours. Pappa Flock says these toppings can be added without an extra charge.

Food Court Stores Will Give You the Toppings at the Counter

Not every Pappa Flock will have a physical self-serve Flavour Up station.

The chain has confirmed that food court locations will not use the self-service setup. Instead, you can ask staff at the counter for the same topping selection.

Pappa Flock’s official store directory currently marks Casula, Eastgardens, Macquarie Centre and Miranda as food court locations. At those stores, you should ask for the Flavour Up toppings when ordering or collecting your meal rather than looking for a condiment station.

At participating full-format restaurants, the idea is that you can add the toppings yourself after receiving your food.

Flavour Up Started at Pappa Flock Parramatta

The concept originated at Pappa Flock’s 310 Church Street, Parramatta restaurant when the original location underwent a major refurbishment earlier this year.

When the renovated Parramatta restaurant reopened in April, its Flavour Up station included a combination of pickles, sauces and seasonings designed to let customers experiment with sweet, sour and spicy flavours. The restaurant also introduced new interiors and other brand features as part of the refurbishment.

Pappa Flock says the response to the Parramatta station prompted the wider rollout.

While the original Parramatta setup was previously reported with some additional items such as spicy seasoning, the newly announced national rollout specifically confirms honey, hot sauce, classic pickles and spicy pickles. Availability beyond those four items should therefore not be assumed at every restaurant.

All 12 Pappa Flock Locations Are Included

Pappa Flock currently operates 12 Australian restaurants, despite the company describing the rollout as nationwide. Its present physical network is concentrated in New South Wales and Queensland rather than every Australian state and territory.

The current locations are:

• NSW: Bondi Junction, Casula, Eastgardens, Frenchs Forest, Macquarie Centre, Marrickville, Miranda, Parramatta and Rouse Hill
• QLD: Chermside, Mount Gravatt and Surfers Paradise

For customers, the practical change is simpler: honey, hot sauce, classic pickles and spicy pickles are now being made available free across Pappa Flock’s 12-store Australian network. At full-format restaurants you can use the Flavour Up station, while at food court stores you can request the toppings from staff.
