Oporto has added a new limited-time chicken burger to its Australian menu, launching the O Burger with a new creamy garlic and paprika O Sauce.
Oporto announced the burger on September 14, 2026, describing it as a new release made with its familiar fresh-grilled chicken rather than a crispy chicken fillet. Current delivery menus also reveal several O Burger meal options, including a Wings Box and a larger Meal for 2.
What Is in the New Oporto O Burger?
The new O Burger keeps the ingredient list relatively simple.
Oporto says it contains fresh-grilled 100% chicken breast, crisp lettuce, cheese, creamy mayonnaise and its new creamy paprika and garlic O Sauce, served on a toasted bun.
The O Sauce is the main difference from Oporto’s established burger range. The Bondi Burger uses Original Chilli Sauce, while the Oprego uses Prego Sauce. The new burger instead puts the creamy garlic and paprika sauce at the centre of the flavour profile.
Oporto is describing the O Burger as a limited-time release.
O Sauce Is Also Being Used With Oporto’s Crispy Wings
The launch is broader than just one burger.
Oporto is pairing its new garlic and paprika O Sauce with Crispy Wings, including as a dipping sauce in the new boxes.
If you are mainly interested in trying the sauce, that could give you a cheaper option than buying one of the larger burger boxes, although availability and pricing can differ between restaurants.
