Flappy’s Fried Chicken is marking National Cheeseburger Day on Friday, September 18, 2026 by dropping the price of its new Chicky Cheese sandwich to $10 for one day only.
The promotion will run at all Flappy’s locations, with the chain specifying that the $10 price is in-store only and available while stocks last.
Despite the Cheeseburger Day tie-in, this is not a traditional beef cheeseburger. Flappy’s Chicky Cheese uses its Southern-style fried chicken instead.

What Is the Flappy’s Chicky Cheese?
The Chicky Cheese is one of the simpler sandwiches on Flappy’s current menu.
Flappy’s official direct-ordering menu describes it as Southern Fried Tenders with American cheese and mayonnaise.
The Chicky Cheese is currently listed at $12.45 through Flappy’s direct online ordering menu, making Friday’s $10 price $2.45 lower than that displayed direct-order price.

The Deal Is Available Across NSW and Victoria
Flappy’s has expanded quickly over the past year, so the National Cheeseburger Day promotion now covers a considerably larger network than its original Penrith restaurant.
As of September 16, Flappy’s official store directory lists 12 Australian locations:
NSW: Penrith, Sydney CBD at Westfield Sydney, Miranda, World Square, Eastern Creek, Castle Hill, Broadway, Marsden Park, Chatswood and Rhodes.
Victoria: Mambourin and Melbourne Central.
Flappy’s says the $10 Chicky Cheese promotion applies at all Flappy’s locations, rather than being restricted to a particular state or store.
Opening hours vary between restaurants, particularly for shopping-centre locations, so it is worth checking your nearest store before heading in.
Flappy’s Is Expanding Rapidly
Flappy’s describes itself as a Sydney-born, Louisiana-style fried chicken brand built around hand-breaded chicken, Cajun seasoning and dipping sauces.
Its official website says the chain is Halal certified and is continuing an aggressive expansion program, with the company promoting eight or more new locations opening during 2026.
That growth has already taken Flappy’s from its original Sydney footprint into Victoria, while recent additions to its official directory include Marsden Park, Chatswood and Rhodes.
For Friday’s promotion, however, the deal is straightforward: Flappy’s Chicky Cheese will be $10 in-store on September 18, 2026 at all locations, while stocks last.
