The update includes a new Tiramisu Iced Latte, Strawberries & Cream Energizer, Affogato and Hazelnut Affogato, while Red Bull Zero will also become available as an option for Energizer drinks.

At the same time, McDonald’s will discontinue the Iced Velvet Mocha and Peach Boost Energizer.

New Tiramisu Iced Latte

The Tiramisu Iced Latte is one of the new McCafé drinks launching from October 14.

The promotional material shows the drink as an iced coffee-style beverage with a creamy topping, adding another flavoured cold coffee option to the McCafé lineup.

New Strawberries & Cream Energizer

McDonald’s is also adding a Strawberries & Cream Energizer.

The new drink appears alongside the rest of the McCafé beverage refresh and will join the existing Energizer range from October 14.

Red Bull Zero Added as an Energizer Option

A separate change will see Red Bull Zero become available as an option for Energizer drinks.

That gives customers another base choice when ordering selected Energizer beverages.

New Affogato and Hazelnut Affogato

McCafé is also adding two affogato-style drinks:

• Affogato
• Hazelnut Affogato

Both are shown as part of the new range launching from October 14.

The Hazelnut Affogato adds a flavoured variation alongside the standard Affogato.

Iced Velvet Mocha and Peach Boost Energizer Discontinued

Two existing drinks are being removed as part of the menu change.

From the new rollout, McDonald’s lists the following as discontinued:

• Iced Velvet Mocha
• Peach Boost Energizer

Customers who regularly order either drink may therefore want to grab one before the October 14 menu update takes effect.

The McCafé refresh is set to begin from October 14, 2026.

The main changes are:

• New Tiramisu Iced Latte
• New Strawberries & Cream Energizer
• New Affogato
