McDonald’s Australia Launches Web Ordering for Pickup & McDelivery
McDonald’s Australia has launched web ordering, allowing you to order Macca’s for pickup or McDelivery directly through your web browser.
Previously, direct online ordering in Australia was primarily handled through the MyMacca’s App. The new website is available at order.mcdonalds.com/au/en-au.

Pickup and McDelivery Available Online
When you visit the new ordering website, you can choose between:
- Pickup: Order online and collect from a McDonald’s restaurant.
- McDelivery: Have your order delivered to your address.
You can also sign into your McDonald’s account on the website.
Rewards Still Require the MyMacca’s App
There is one significant limitation compared with ordering through the app.
MyMacca’s Rewards points cannot currently be redeemed through web ordering. Rewards and points redemption remain available through the MyMacca’s App only.
If you want to spend your accumulated MyMacca’s Rewards points or redeem a reward, you’ll still need to order through the app.
McDelivery Prices Are Higher
As with McDelivery orders through the app, McDelivery menu prices are higher than pickup prices.
If you don’t need delivery, selecting pickup through the new website will give you access to the lower restaurant pickup pricing.
McDonald’s Web Ordering Now Available in Australia
The new website gives you another way to order McDonald’s without downloading or using the MyMacca’s App.
Web ordering supports both pickup and McDelivery, but MyMacca’s Rewards redemption remains app-only.
