Terms and Conditions

  1. The Free Admission prize comprises one (1) Free Admission/session e-voucher valued up to $40.00 (Free Admission e-voucher).
  2. The Promotional Partner for the Free Admission prize is J&C Advertising (ABN 29 145 608 368).
  3. Each Free Admission prize entitles the winner to one (1) Free Admission or session (adult or child, as specified in the terms & conditions of individual venues) at a participating venue listed on www.maccasplayprizes.com.au, subject to the stated terms.
  4. To claim a Free Admission e-voucher, winners must enter their Unique Prize Code and required personal details on the promotional website, then select a participating venue. The e-voucher will be sent to the nominated email address within 24 hours.
  5. The last date to claim a Free Admission e-voucher is 23:59 on 19 October 2025.
  6. To use the Free Admission e-voucher, follow the instructions provided. Some venues accept smartphone presentation, while others require a printed voucher with the Monopoly Free Admission winning ticket attached. Proof of identity may be required. Vouchers are valid only at the venue printed on them. Photocopies or duplicates are not accepted. Any additional instructions will be stated on the e-voucher.
  7. Winners should keep a copy of their Monopoly Free Admission winning ticket. Where the prize is won via email (e.g., Free Game email from McDonald’s), the email copy must be provided instead.
  8. Only one (1) Free Admission e-voucher may be used per group per venue. Multiple members of a group cannot redeem vouchers at the same time. Venues may also limit the total number of vouchers accepted on any given day. Contact the venue in advance to avoid disappointment.
  9. Some venues have limits on the number of Free Admission vouchers available. Once reached, those venues will be removed from the promotional website.
  10. Free Admission e-vouchers are valid for single use at a participating venue until 31 March 2026, unless otherwise stated. Venue terms, such as age or height restrictions, apply. Additional conditions may also apply—check with the chosen venue.
  11. This prize can only be claimed online. Internet access is required. Winners are responsible for any associated access costs.
  12. Possession of a Free Admission e-voucher does not entitle the holder to preferential treatment.
  13. Winners are responsible for using their e-vouchers before the expiry date. No extensions or replacements will be provided. Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or substituted for another prize.
  14. Voucher use is subject to promotional availability at participating venues and may be restricted during public holidays, school holidays, or peak periods.
  15. Free Admission vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion, or special offer.
  16. J&C, its agents, and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
  17. J&C, its agents, and distributors accept no responsibility for personal loss or injury occurring at participating venues.
  18. J&C, its agents, and distributors make no promise or guarantee regarding the quality or availability of services at venues and cannot be held liable for resulting personal loss or damage. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
  19. Any dispute regarding the use of a Free Admission e-voucher is strictly between the winner and the venue.
  20. The prize is subject to promotional availability. J&C may withdraw and substitute a Free Admission prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to State or Territory legislation (e.g., if a venue closes).
  21. Delivery timeframes may be impacted by events beyond J&C’s control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, or blackouts. J&C is not liable for such delays.
  22. J&C collects personal information to award prizes and may disclose it to agents, contractors, prize suppliers, or regulators. Claims are conditional on providing this information. Redemption details become the property of J&C. Privacy Policy: J&C Privacy Policy.
