Krispy Kreme is celebrating its birthday with a sweet surprise for doughnut fans. On Thursday, 18 September 2025, you can claim a free Original Glazed Doughnut as part of the nationwide celebration.
The offer is available in Krispy Kreme shops across Australia (excluding SA) and also online for same-day pick up or delivery.
The promotion requires no purchase in-store. Simply say the secret phrase “Hip Hip Hooray” to a Krispy Kreme team member to receive your complimentary doughnut. Online orders include the same offer, but you’ll need to purchase another item from the Same Day Delivery or Pick Up menu for the discount to apply at checkout.
How to Redeem In-Store and Online
For in-store customers, redemption is simple: visit a Krispy Kreme shop on the day, say the phrase, and receive one free Original Glazed® Doughnut. Each customer is limited to one free doughnut.
For online orders, you must add the specially marked free Original Glazed Doughnut item to your cart, along with at least one paid item from the same-day menu. The doughnut price will automatically adjust to $0 at checkout. Only one free doughnut is available per transaction.
Availability and Exclusions
The free doughnut birthday promotion is only available on 18 September 2025, while stocks last. It excludes Krispy Kreme Airport Shops (Sydney T2 Domestic, Sydney T3 Domestic, and Brisbane Jetstar Domestic), South Australia, and retail partners such as Coles, Woolworths, 7-Eleven, bp-Connect, Ampol, Hungry Jack’s, and Costco. It is also not available through third-party delivery services like Uber Eats, Menulog, or DoorDash.
Delivery and service charges still apply for online orders. The promotion cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined with other discounts or offers.
