The Coffee Club has switched over to the latest deal in its rotating $5 Drink of the Week promotion, with the Dot Cake Chocolate Shake now available for $5 at participating Australian stores.

The offer starts Monday, September 21 and runs until Sunday, September 27, 2026, giving The Coffee Club Rewards App members a regular Dot Cake Chocolate Shake for $5 when they activate and scan the weekly coupon.

It is part of The Coffee Club’s limited-time Dot Cake Drop, a range inspired by New York’s colourful Dot Cake that also includes a Shake Latte, Iced Matcha, several milkshake flavours and the original cake.

Get a Dot Cake Chocolate Shake for $5 This Week

From September 21 to 27, the nominated Drink of the Week is the Dot Cake Chocolate Shake.

The $5 price applies to a regular-size drink, which The Coffee Club describes in the promotion terms as its standard tall latte-size. You need to be a member of The Coffee Club Rewards App and scan the Drink of the Week coupon when ordering.

The offer can be used once per customer during the week and is available at participating stores while stocks last.

If you want a larger drink, The Coffee Club says you can upgrade the $5 Chocolate Shake to a large for an additional $1. Extras, syrups, specialty milks and other upgrades can attract additional charges.

You Need the Coffee Club Rewards App to Get the $5 Price

The official conditions make the $5 Drink of the Week exclusive to Rewards App members, with the applicable coupon needing to be scanned at the time of purchase.

The deal is available for dine-in and takeaway, but delivery orders are excluded. There are also no substitutions or rainchecks, and the $5 offer cannot be combined with another offer or discount.

VIP customers can still receive their applicable VIP benefits on other items purchased in the same transaction, according to The Coffee Club’s conditions.

The Coffee Club also reserves the right to withdraw the promotion without notice, and availability depends on participating stores and remaining stock.

The Dot Cake Range Is a Limited-Time Menu

The Chocolate Shake sits within The Coffee Club’s broader Dot Cake Drop, which the chain describes as being inspired by New York’s iconic Dot Cake.

The limited-time range includes the Dot Cake Shake Latte, Dot Cake Iced Matcha, Dot Cake Milkshakes and original Dot Cake. The Coffee Club says product selection can vary between participating locations, so not every store is guaranteed to carry the complete range.

The range is available for dine-in and takeaway only, with delivery excluded. The Coffee Club has not published one fixed end date for the entire Dot Cake menu, instead stating that products are available for a limited time and while stocks last.

The $5 weekly promotion is more specific, however, with individual drinks rotating on set dates.

$5 Strawberry and Vanilla Dot Cake Shakes Are Coming Next

The Chocolate Shake is the third drink in the current $5 rotation.

The first deal featured the Dot Cake Shake Latte from September 7 to 13, followed by the Dot Cake Iced Matcha from September 14 to 20.

After this week, The Coffee Club has confirmed two more $5 offers:

September 28 to October 4: Dot Cake Strawberry Shake for $5.

October 5 to 11: Dot Cake Vanilla Shake for $5.

The same key conditions apply, including participating stores only, Rewards App membership, one redemption per customer per week and dine-in or takeaway only.

A 15% public holiday surcharge also applies where relevant. Since the Strawberry Shake promotion overlaps the October public holiday in several Australian states and territories, that surcharge may affect the final amount paid at participating stores on the applicable public holiday.

For this week, the deal to look for in the app is the $5 regular Dot Cake Chocolate Shake, available from September 21 until September 27, 2026, while stocks last.
