Gelatissimo is launching a new Cheesecake Slice made with Biscoff nationwide on Friday, September 4, 2026, adding another Biscoff-heavy dessert to its Australian menu.

To mark the launch, the gelato chain is also giving away 50 free Biscoff Cheesecake Slices at Gelatissimo Circular Quay in Sydney from 12pm on September 4, with no purchase required.

Gelatissimo describes the new dessert as a cheesecake-style creation built around its Biscoff cheesecake gelato.
