Zambrero Giving Away Free Burritos and Bowls at Two Sydney Restaurants in November
Zambrero is giving away free burritos and bowls at two Sydney restaurants this November, celebrating the reopening of its Darlinghurst location and the arrival of a new restaurant in Surry Hills.
The first giveaway takes place on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Zambrero Darlinghurst, followed by another event at Zambrero Surry Hills on Friday, November 20.
Both promotions run from 4pm to 9pm, with eligible customers able to claim one free regular Classic Burrito or Classic Bowl by scanning their ZAM FAM loyalty membership.
There’s no minimum purchase advertised, and joining ZAM FAM is free.
The celebrations, called Zambrero Sessions, will also feature live DJs, merchandise giveaways and vinyl record swaps.

Where to Get Your Free Zambrero Burrito or Bowl
The two giveaways are taking place at separate Sydney restaurants, each with its own event date.

The Darlinghurst event celebrates the reopening of Zambrero’s refurbished restaurant at 107–111 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst.
Two weeks later, the promotion moves to the chain’s new Surry Hills restaurant at 101–103 Devonshire Street.
At either location, you can choose between a regular Classic Burrito or Classic Bowl from the eligible menu.
The giveaway is limited to one meal per person, with food available while stocks last.
How to Claim Your Free Zambrero Meal
To take advantage of the promotion, you’ll need to be a ZAM FAM member, Zambrero’s free loyalty program.
If you haven’t joined, you can register through the Zambrero app before visiting.
When you arrive at the participating restaurant, choose your eligible burrito or bowl and scan your ZAM FAM membership at the register.
The offer is available in person during the event hours, rather than through app pickup or delivery orders.
Zambrero hasn’t announced how many free meals will be available at each restaurant, so arriving earlier may improve your chances of getting one.
Live DJs, Vinyl Record Swaps and Giveaways
The Zambrero Sessions celebrations include more than complimentary food, with each restaurant hosting a music-themed event.
At Darlinghurst on November 6, Sydney DJ Kate Monroe will provide a mix of house, disco and electronic music.
The Surry Hills event on November 20 will focus on hip-hop and soul.
You’ll also be able to participate in a vinyl record swap by bringing a working record you’re happy to exchange.
Zambrero is preparing DJ-curated record crates for the events, with some rare records reportedly valued at up to $100 among the available selections.
Promotional merchandise will also be given away during the celebrations, subject to availability.
You don’t need to bring a vinyl record to claim the free food. The record swap is a separate activity.
