Zambrero has launched a new “Chips On Us” reward, giving ZAM FAM members a free serve of its air-fried Hot Chips when they meet a minimum order value through the Zambrero app.

The promotion is available until Monday, October 12, 2026, with a $10 minimum spend for pickup orders or a $20 minimum spend for delivery orders.

Get Free Zambrero Hot Chips With a $10 Pickup Order

To claim the offer, you’ll first need to be a ZAM FAM Rewards member and have the Zambrero app installed.

Eligible members receive a “Chips On Us” voucher in the app. You can then use the voucher with an eligible Zambrero order of at least $10 for pickup.

If you’d rather have your order delivered, the required spend increases to $20. The free chips are then added as the promotional reward when the voucher is redeemed under its applicable conditions.

Zambrero’s official Rewards terms confirm that promotional vouchers are distributed through the Zambrero app and can carry their own specific conditions, expiry dates and participating-store restrictions.

New and Existing ZAM FAM Members Can Check for the Voucher

The offer is being promoted to both new and existing ZAM FAM members.

If you’re not already a member, you can create a Zambrero account and opt into the ZAM FAM Rewards program. Existing members simply need to check the Rewards section of the Zambrero app for the voucher.

Joining ZAM FAM is free. Zambrero’s current terms require members to be at least 15 years old, allow only one account per person and award 10 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

The standard Rewards rules also make an important distinction between Zambrero’s own ordering channels and third-party platforms. Purchases made through services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash do not earn ZAM FAM points, while app and website orders placed through your registered Zambrero account can qualify.

Zambrero’s Hot Chips Are Air-Fried With Chicken Salt

The promotional item is Zambrero’s relatively new Hot Chips, which are available in regular and larger sizes.

Zambrero describes them as air-fried chips seasoned with its zesty chicken salt. The company says they contain up to 50% less saturated fat and up to 25% fewer calories compared with some other quick-service restaurant chips.

The regular serve is listed at 1120kJ, while the larger serve is 1490kJ on Zambrero’s current Australian menu.

Hot Chips have also been incorporated into Zambrero’s Cali Burrito, which replaces the chain’s usual rice with chips and includes ingredients such as cheese, sour cream, salsa, jalapeños and lime alongside your chosen filling.

Hot Chips Are Only Available at Selected Zambrero Restaurants

There is one important availability restriction to keep in mind.

Zambrero officially states that its Hot Chips are currently sold at selected participating restaurants, rather than every Australian location.

That means the free-chip voucher will effectively depend on whether your selected restaurant stocks Hot Chips. You should check your local Zambrero menu in the app before building an order specifically around the deal.

The specific “Chips On Us” promotion runs until October 12, 2026. The reported conditions require a minimum order of $10 for pickup or $20 for delivery, along with ZAM FAM membership and the promotional voucher.

For regular Zambrero customers who were planning to spend at least that amount anyway, the offer provides an easy way to try the chain’s newer Hot Chips without paying separately for the side.
