- The Promotional Partner for the $2,500 Ultimate Holiday Escape prize is TLC Marketing Worldwide Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 75 622 802 180).
- Information on how to claim and redeem the $2,500 Ultimate Holiday Escape prize forms part of these terms and conditions.
- The $2,500 Ultimate Holiday Escape prize is awarded in the form of $2,500 worth of Flight Centre or Qantas Gift Cards. The $2,500 Ultimate Holiday Escape prize is valued at a total of $2,500.
- The $2,500 Ultimate Holiday Escape is subject to its prevailing terms and conditions of use. Unless otherwise stated, the $2,500 Ultimate Holiday Escape prize is valid for use at least 6 months from the date of issue.
- The $2,500 Ultimate Holiday Escape may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the Gift Voucher/ Gift Card which is unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Voucher/ Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method.
- The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the Gift Voucher/ Gift Card (if applicable). Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prize-winner and companion. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
- Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Gift Voucher/ Gift Card may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases but will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Voucher/ Gift Card expires.
- Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
- Gift Cards may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
- A winner is responsible for the use and security of their Gift Voucher/ Gift Card. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. Winners are liable for all transactions on their Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by TLC or its employees.
- All components of the prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. If for some reason beyond the Promotional Partner’s control, it is not possible to supply a prize or prize element as advertised, the Promotional Partner will substitute a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value in lieu, in Promotional Partner’s discretion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
- The Promoter, TLC or the Participating Outlets shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law and the users of the Holiday Package Prize indemnifies the Promoter and the Participating Outlet in relation to any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained.
