Terms and Conditions
- The Free Hobby Session prize comprises one (1) Free Session e-voucher valued up to $40.00 (Free Hobby Session e-voucher).
- The Promotional Partner for the Free Hobby Session prize is J&C Advertising (ABN 29 145 608 368).
- Each Free Hobby Session prize entitles the winner to one (1) Free Session (adult or child, as specified in the venue’s terms & conditions) at a participating venue listed on www.maccasplayprizes.com.au, subject to the stated terms.
- To claim a Free Hobby Session e-voucher, winners must enter their Unique Prize Code and required personal details on the promotional website, then select a participating venue or provider. The e-voucher will be sent to the nominated email address within 24 hours.
- The last date to claim a Free Hobby Session e-voucher is 23:59 on 19 October 2025.
- To use the e-voucher, follow the instructions provided. Some venues accept smartphone presentation, while others require a printed voucher with the Monopoly Free Hobby Session winning ticket attached. If the prize is won via email, a copy of the email is required in lieu of the ticket. Proof of identity may also be required. Vouchers are valid only at the venue printed on them, and no photocopies or duplicates will be accepted. Any additional instructions will appear on the e-voucher.
- Where redeemed online, winners must follow the provided instructions and use their unique code. Codes are valid for one-time use only.
- Winners should keep a copy of their Monopoly Free Hobby Session winning ticket, which may be required to validate the original win.
- Only one (1) Free Hobby Session e-voucher may be used per person per venue, unless otherwise stated. Multiple prizes must be redeemed at different venues/providers.
- Some venues/providers have limits on the number of Free Hobby Session e-vouchers available. Once reached, they will be removed from the promotional website.
- Individual venues reserve the right to limit the number of vouchers that may be redeemed on any given day. Contact the venue/provider in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Free Hobby Session e-vouchers are valid for single use at a participating venue until 31 March 2026, unless otherwise stated. Venue/provider terms (such as age restrictions) apply. Additional conditions of use may also apply—check with the chosen venue/provider.
- This prize can only be claimed online. Internet access is required, and winners are responsible for any associated access costs.
- Possession of a Free Hobby Session e-voucher does not entitle the holder to preferential treatment.
- Winners must use their e-voucher before the expiry date. No extensions or replacements will be provided. Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or substituted for another prize.
- Voucher use is subject to promotional availability at participating venues/providers and may be restricted during school holidays, public holidays, or other peak periods.
- Free Hobby Session e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion, or special offer.
- J&C, its agents, and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
- J&C, its agents, and distributors accept no responsibility for personal loss or injury occurring at participating venues.
- J&C, its agents, and distributors make no promise or guarantee regarding the quality or availability of services at venues and cannot be held liable for resulting personal loss or damage. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Any dispute regarding the use of a Free Hobby Session e-voucher is strictly between the winner and the venue/provider.
- The prize is subject to promotional availability. J&C may withdraw and substitute a Free Hobby Session prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to State or Territory legislation (e.g., if a venue closes).
- Delivery timeframes may be affected by circumstances beyond J&C’s control, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, or blackouts. J&C is not liable for such delays.
- J&C collects personal information to award prizes and may disclose it to agents, contractors, prize suppliers, or regulators. Claims are conditional on providing this information. Redemption details become the property of J&C. Privacy Policy: J&C Privacy Policy.
