Hungry Jack’s have introduced a new Gluten Free Bun – available at selected stores (see below for full list!)
You can swap any burger to a gluten free bun for $1.50.
It’s available at the North Sydney, Mona Vale, Sylvania, Ashfield and Engadine stores only, and only for a limited time.
According to Hungry Jack’s, it is:
Suitable for people with a non-coeliac gluten sensitivity. Bun may come into contact with traces of gluten and some other burger ingredients do contain gluten. Please check the Nutrition and Allergen guide on our website or ask in store for more info on what this includes.
Ingredients are:
Water, Vegetable Oil, Modified Starch (1442), Maize Starch, Faba Bean Flour, Rice Flour,
Sugar, Yeast, Faba Bean Protein, Rice Bran, Psyllium Husk, Thickeners (464, 415), Iodised
Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sesame Seeds, Nigella Seeds.

All stores need gluten free bubs at all times. I love HJ’s but can no longer eat my favourite burgers because of gotten intolerance.
Especially when we are paying $1.50 extra to have a G/F bun.
